i have 20 critical isues in my scan how do i fix them

hi, you can use a more secure browser.
i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

All you have to do is read the directions. When the scan quits, click Next, when the screen comes up with the list, put a checkmark in the box in front of the list. Click Next again and they will be removed.
Before you scan, if you delete the cookies and temporary internet files from your browser, you won't get so many.

That's a LOT of spyware, try something else? AVG free works good for me. I use ad-aware too, but it doesn't shut down my computer.
