Sea salt is fantastic for piercings. Yes, mix up the sea salt water solution and keep it in the fridge. Make sure you shake it up really good before you use it to make sure that it is evenly distributed.
Another thing is to use anti-bacterial soap on it. Try to stay away from nice smelly soap. They cause infection.

I have to add, because of what was written below, when I got my first piercing I was using a rose scented soap and wound up with a nasty infection. When I went back to the piercer to ask why, she asked me what kind of soap I was using. BINGO!! Smelly soaps CAN CAUSE INFECTION. You aren't going to wind up with a disfigured face. When I had my eyebrow rings in, which coincidentally were in for years and never grew out, they got irritated every once in a while. Don't get stressed and if you can rid the infection on your own, you don't need to go to the Dr. but I would call the piercer with any questions you have. And listen to your body, it speaks to you. If you are open to it, you will know exactly what the problem is and exactly what needs to be done.
And obviously you aren't going to use enough sea salt solution to drip into your eyes. And sea salt isn't too strong, actually it's a fantastic natural way to get rid of infections.

first. take out the ring, clean it with an antiseptic solution meant for wounds, and then put on an antibacterial ointment. Then, get your *** to the doctor. If it is an infection, it's dangerously close to your eye socket. Infections eat away at bone, thus...you could face a deformed face/lack of eye.
As far as the 'growing out'. Eyebrow piercings do what's called 'surfacing'. Because the skin there is very skin, astime goes on the scar tissue will close it. This is a fact of eyebrow rings. How soon it happens depends on the quality of the piercer who did it. If they don't do it deep enough, it can immediatly surface when healed. I've seen it happen.

the only mission i experienced became having a moderate scar and my eyebrow hairs starting to be in a somewhat off course. Did i think punk rock after I had it, certain. yet, i does no longer do it again. I easily have one mazing eyebrow, extremely warm. And yet another it really is a touch diverse/assymetrical. i'd reassess. I continually needed i had my tongue pierced or my lip, like between the decrease lip and chin. it really is so warm on a a gal...or a guy.

See if you can go back to the place where you got it pierced. Usually they're really nice and extremely helpful in giving you info and helping you fix any problems.
You can definitely use sea salt water to clean it. That's what I've used for all my piercings, and it works great and doesn't dry out the skin too much (like hydrogen peroxide does).
Good luck!
