No. Cannibal type behavior brought on by mental illness is not a true cannibal. He feared being alone,and in his sad misguided state,he felt that he could 'keep' those he was with forever.
As a person originally from Milwaukee,Wisconsin, I can tell you this answer is not a joke and many were hurt by his actions- gay and straight.
