Yes. A sweet guy I dated for a while, Mark Surdam. He was so young and handsome. That was years ago but he is not forgotten.
A friend of mine, "SEATO" Wayne Wydel. He had MS and became very ill. He is missed.
This passed Friday night a 16 year old girl that goes to our area High School, Sarah Tate, killed herself. Some of the other students at school were allegedly harassing her about a boyfriend that was a different race and she could not deal with it anymore. Sooooo sad!
Sometimes living life is too tough. My father always says "Getting old is not for sissies".
I miss my friends and wonder what is too much to handle? When is life not worth living anymore?

Yes. I have had 2 of my cousins shoot themselves. I girl I went to school with shot herself. My eldest daughter's friend took pills chased with vodka and that was 5 months after her little sister/my youngest daughter, shot herself. It is a horrible thing to have to deal with. I have also known people who have threatened to kill themselves and have even attempted it.

Yes, an older family friend when I was a child, she hung herself. I think she was suffering from depression. I also know of two students in the community where I live who killed themselves. Also, my friend's son while in jail committed suicide this past January.

3 people actually. All young teenagers. The oldest being 17. They all thought that dealing with their parents would be worse than death. What's that tell you about the parenting skills on the Iron Range???????

Yes. A few years ago, one of my best friends comitted suicide.
She hung herself. She was so beautiful and really really outgoing. She just had a rough life and had enough.
Her name was Tiffany.
We were great friends and went to Prom together.

It's been years ago, but yes, my best friend ran a hose from the exhaust pipe into a window of his car, drank himself into a stupor and died of asphyxiation. He was despondent over gambling debts.

yea my dad he was 75 would have been 76 at the end of the mounth on his mine & my twin sisters birthday a year & 2 months ago= he would have been 77 this year
