the squiggly looks like a cursive O and the jeans would be alittle more expensive they are not faded glory

Faded Glory have a dark squiggly on the back pockets.

Well you should be more specific. There are many brands that have a "dark blue squiggly on the back" I'm sure. check out Citizens of Humanity. If its a popular designer jean, they could be it.
