Well, technically, liquid nitrogen is already somewhat cool...
Joking aside, you can take a rose bud and dunk it there, and then shatter it like it was glass.
You can also inflate a baloon and put it in, the air inside will liquify and the ballon will deflate.
You can also put juice in a small container and have it turn into an instant popsicle.

There are some ceramics that exhibit superconductivity at low temperatures....neat to see the magnet rise and float as the nitrogen is poured on

Put a rose into it and let it freeze really well. Drop onto a hard floor and it should shatter like glass.
Put a rubber bouncy ball in it. It'll also shatter in a cool way.

submerge a gaint rubber in liquid nitrogen and watch it EXPLODE!
Caution: u'll need a shield to protect urself... best to have safety goggles too to save ur eyes
kids need adult supervision~
how big the rubber explosion is depends upon how big the rubber is...
be careful if ur really trying this out~
