Changes week to week. This week the Chargers were the best defense. But coming in to this week it would have been the Falcons.
I would not put the Bengals on this list. Gave up some points to KC as well as Cleveland and got smoked this week by NE.

You're joking right? Chargers have the best defense by far.
They have the best front 7 in the league, and the secondary has greatly improved since last year. I could go into a detailed explaination for each position, but I don't want to take the time.
