If you can ask that question then we can comment on the 13 your. old getting fingered thing! She is not a grown up woman or even close and you are not her friend, you are probably just a child yourself or you would tell her she is going down a slippery slope and she will be in some kind of trouble soon. I just pray it's not life threatening, but it is and will continue to be life long and life changing. She needs to act her age....take the both of you down to the hospital nursery and listen to the babies when they are hungry or sick or want their mommies. Or go to Hospice and see Aides patients when they are dying, or how about hepatitis C which is so contageous and more deadly than Aides...hummmmm....maybe you'll think about that pantyliner and see how trivial the question is...it's what she's doing that is the problem little girl not the pantyliner or her heigene or the fact that no one cares enough about her to tell her it is wrong.

I think he would think the pantyliner would be gross. Guys don't like to know about that stuff. I have shaved down there and it is the best if you shave everyday there, but one day between shavings itsn't bad. It is itchy at first. All she can do is try it. It can always grow back. Does he want her to shave?

As others have stated, I don't think that 13 year olds should be fingering each other.

I do think that you or your friend's mother should talk to her about personal hygiene. If she is having a period, she really should shower every day just to stay clean and smell pleasant. As far as pubic hair, that is natural and she doesn't have to cut it, but if she is concerned about it she may trim it some.

wait a few years. A 13 years old hasn't emotionally matured enough to understand and accept the responsibilities of becoming sexually active. At 13 if she gets aroused then masturbate but is it really worth getting an STD this early and it potentially ruining her life? fingernails can scratch and leave you open to infection and if you are not getting yourself checked out regularly by an OB/GYN your risks go up. SLOW DOWN

She shouldn't let him finger her. She should worry about where else those fingers have been before she worries about getting a pantiliner all messed up and reacting to the chemicals from her body....

It's best to shave pubic hair down to about 1/2 inch. You can get razors with different extension clips, like the ones barbers use. She's right that it'll itch if shaved down to the skin.
Some guys get turned off by their gf wearing pads or pantiliners when they try to get touchy-feely. If she really trusts her bf she should talk to him about it.

she should ust tell him that she doesnt feel like it. she should say she has a headache or something so he doesnt do it. at 13 she should be having a shower every day because of puberty and stuff. she may not be able to smell herself, but other people would be able to. also, shaving takes a lot to maintain. i suggest she wait until shes a little older, coz it will suck having to shave every cuple of days. :)

She should not shave.

If she gets a cut or folliculitis (hair follicle infection) from it, it is VERY EMBARRASSING to go to the doctor and will prompt another question in this forum.

She should shower instead.

If she has a panty liner on and he tries to do that stuff then he will go "wtf is this funny hard thing here?" and may be grossed out if he realises that she has some blood down there. But he needs to understand about the female mysteries so as to be in the know as to who he should pay child support to eventually.

She's far too young for that kind of thing. Before you it know it her boyfriend will have a statutory rape violation - and sexual offences against children looks really bad when you're trying to get a job! Tell her to keep her panties on and her legs shut!

She shouldnt be having her bf fingering her anyways .. why do you think so many teens are having babies.. the most important thing is to talk to her and tell her about having a baby and std's cause thats where shes headed!
