I dont know what is wrong that your not eating but I think you should go get it checked out because as long as ya stomache hurt and your not eating, ya stomache will feel worse and your abs will tighten up but in a bad way....you'll feel the worse cramps and its because ya stomache is digesting air and if you smoke, thats worse but if your really not eating all day....try to drink smoothies....the new ones from dunkin donuts or something like that.....it helps me during the day when I work.

Not eating will cause stomach pains - it's called hunger. Not eating can also make you feel nauseous too.

you can eat to much or to little and get cramping. you stomach is actually a great big muscle so when it doesnt work all day it can cramp a little. drinking water can help alleviate that

Yes. You need a fiber and plenty of water. You need to eat. Remember :you WON"T lose weight but not eating.

at first it causes stumachpains but once your body gets used to not having food, the pains go away
