Hi Callie,

Ignore XXBitterxxSweetXX. The best dermatologist in Dallas suggested that medicines such as proactive can cause more harm than good. If you were looking for medicine to help with acne problems then then only guaranteed solution is Accutane, but very hard to get (only left to severe acne patients.

To remove scars, you can try any of the numerous over-the-counter solutions found at Wal-Greens or CVS or the like, or you can make an appointment with a dermatologist to see what your best solution might be.

Tretinoin is supposed to help. Its can be a cream or gel that gets applied to your face once a day at night. I dont use it for my acne scars though, i use it for the stretch marks around my anus.

Natopherol Dermal series by Abbott lab. Sold in all major pharmacies. Quite pricey for a small capsule though. External application only. I saw HUGE difference the next morning after first application

Yes, Try Proactive but I have to tell you if you are with someone for a long time, or they care about you, they don't even notice them.My ex husband had them and I really never noticed them till I saw the pics of when we were divorced. I am now married to someone who isn't the smoothest face man and he is fine. He is funny! I don't care about them
