I don't know if it is just me, but I feel that some of the questions that I have read lately have been pretty nasty.Not something I want my kids reading. I would like to know if you are feeling the same way.

Funny you should say that, I was thinking that it might be a good idea to perhaps have question forums which would be age appropriate, however I then thought that nasty people would pretend to be 13 when they were in fact 40/or 50 misleading the youngens! A good ?? but not sure of an easy solution!!

There are certainly some users who enjoy putting terribly inappropriate answers. I would not want my children to use this resource. If they'd like to know something they can ask me and I'll find out or they can research it from a published source. There is no guarantee as to the accuracy of these answers anyway, so it's not a really good place to get great answers.

Yes, you are right .Yahoo answers has definitely his advantages but it is not good for the kids to look at all the nasty questions.they can search also for a nasty word and they could see a lot of words they are probably not must be seeing. Anyway , I am agree with you and they should do something about it!

You can report questions that are crude and nasty.
Just hit the little FLAG symbol, and proceed from there.
Kids really shouldn't be on a website like this anyway.
Too many older people asking questions about stuff that YOU should be explaining to your kids when they are ready for that information.

Yes, you are not alone in this one. I have been wondering if Yahoo can filter out bad language and bad subjects. As an adult I would rather not see this stuff. Let alone let my daughter see them.
And speaking of nasty, look at some of jerks that answered your question. Not obscene, but definitely nasty!

Yes their are nasty questions on here. It is diffently not for kids. Even thought their are kids on. Some ask questions at age 13 about dating. I just don't answers. Don't let your kids on and we won't deal with it. And they won't learn anything they should't.

except for the dumb question i occasionally seen here i believed what you are talking about is how to bypass certain security procedure like how to open messenger without detecting it or bypassing the proxy etc..
