scrape off as much as you can with a butter knife then put ice in a baggy and apply to the gum it will freeze then chip it off , wash the area with a mild soap and water mixture and then blot dry.

Singapore doesn't have this problem. It's illegal to chew gum in Singapore.

...prinkle it with kerosene gas... you can remove very EASY....
