i got my ipod stolen but i bought it
at costco. do you think theyre gonna

I'm sorry, but they will not. It's like, if you bought your friend a new dog, and it got lost, would you buy her a new one? Unless the Ipod company stole it, it's not their fault, and they wont give you a new one. The only way you can exchange your ipod for a new one is to send in the old one to prove its broken/is damaged physically. I'm sorry, I've had mine stolen too, thank god I found the guy who stole it. If it was stolen during a class or in a certain small area, the number of people in that area that you might know could narrow it down for you, and you can start searching there. I'm sorry!

You bought it at costco - did you insure it thru costco?

If you file a police report your homeowners insurance will cover theft, but stores don't cover it. Costo can't help you.

If you have your IPOD Serial Number and you have registered APPLE support with it, you can ask apple people to look for it. I don't know if they will do it for you tho.
