Actually, I'll bet you are just so nervous about being late that you are making yourself sick to your stomach.
I would try to relax (I know, easier said than done) and just chill out for a while. It'll probably come soon.
Mine skipped a whole month once without any reason at all! It started back up normally the next month. I was a bit worried, as you can probably guess. But someone close to me had just died, and I think it was the stress that prevented my period from coming.
Stress can do that, you know...

Is there a chance of your being pregnant? Have you been sexually active in the past month or two? If so, then any answer here is dependent on a possible pregnancy. You could also be worrying yourself into a late period. This has happened to me.
Please take a test again in a few days to allow the HCG to build up in your urine. Take the test first thing in the morning so the HCG level is highest.
Your symptoms could also be another gastro-intestinal problem, but if your periods have been regular up until now, I'd suspect pregnancy. Morning sickness can occur any time of the day, btw.
Remember, there are loads of resources available for pregnant women who don't believe abortion is their only option. Talk to the adults who care about you and be honest with them. After they get over the initial shock, you may be surprised at the support and help you have.

If you are in fact pregnant- stress can cause the faint bleeding and cramping that you are describing. Similar thing i went through- and now my baby is 3! My advice- if you can go to an OBGYN and have blood work done (mine showed i was 3/4 weeks along), it can show up now that you are pregnant and a home test might not. The doctors test is WAY more accurate than the home test! Good Luck!
