Looks like a standard prepaid Visa card, except you can only use it for online purchases (since you don't get an actual card). It is clever idea, though, I don't know why they think this is better then one of the many other prepaid Visa cards out there. All of them are available without a credit check and have many of the same features they promote as benefits.

Unless their rates and fees are really good, I think you are better off getting an actual card would be better than a 'virtual card'.
