It's quite possible he would make a good one, but what does he really stand for? Does anyone know? One thing in his favor is that he isn't a real politician, but a military man. And the last time a military leader was president, it was Eisenhower (a Republican no less!) and he did well.

Right now any intelligent, fair-minded Moderate, either Republican or Democrat, is what this country needs.
How about a split-party ticket of McCain and Clark?
The last thing in the world this country needs is either a Liberal or Conservative running our country. Neither fraction truly represents the majority of Americans, whom of which are pretty much moderate.
