Is there a way to view all the local channels in America?

I am not talking about Pay T.V, but the ones you get for free. Is there a way to view them somehow?

i really do not think you can get good tv perception without cable tv....i know i have never been able to get good tv perception and so i have cable...i have tried it with good rabbit ears or antennas i guess they are called....
