It is normal for a woman not to achieve orgasm or ejaculate. Porn is deceiving, dont educate yourself on what happens there. You may get some pointers...but most of that is fake. In any event, if you are really interested to know, there used to be a show called "The Sex Show with Sue Johanson" on the Oxygen Channel. She practically talks about it every week. It is a very blunt approach to sex education and is very informative.

Women do not ejaculate as such but at the hight of orgasm the urinary tract can ease off and a small squirt is the result nothing wrong with either, I personally dont like a woman pissing on me.

Women who do it are less common than women who don't. I've only ever had it happen once.
