Depends on what you want to wear....
Shirts:
Tunics
Pretty camis underneath a short-sleeved blazer
Long shirts
Longer shirts look much nicer with skinny jeans.
As for shoes...
Converse
Flats
Tucked into boots
Wedges
Almost any shoe will go with skinny jeans. Almost. :]
Take a look in magazine's too. They will have great ideas that will help you find the perfect stuff to go with your jeans.

layer a cami with a long T shirt and a hip belt and some ballet flats. Add a velvet blazer or a denim jacket for cool weater. Cute.

slouch boots over top of the jeans and a cute slouch sweater. Or just a cute sweater with a belt. That seems to be a big trend right now.

well, you can wear any shirt, and for shoes, you can wear like those slip on flats, ot ballet slippers, whatever you call them, or converse, but only wear converse if its casual.
