You must be a teenager, because babies tend to be randomly trusting and friendly, then grow up to become picky with their friends in their teen years.
This carries on till full adulthood and then reverts back to becoming randomly trusting and friendly as they gracefully age into the wiser years.
Its a cycle.
Occasionally, children to not follow this normal human pattern, or their parents provide enough example to keep them from falling into it.
These children grow up filling badly needed leadership roles, get hired faster and grow into the same thing-leadershp positions.
The quality of being respectful to everybody, maintain a reserved but friendly attitude will take you places.

I feel more reserved in the things I say and do, but probably more patient with random people. I'm not sure what you mean by older(I'm 26), but I've become less picky about the people I associate with. This keeps my life interesting.

As I matured I've become more confident in myself and do not need people to validation from people. I don't want anyone in my life that are just too much work. I am even becoming a little sick of this site, due to the people on it. Too many teens.

I concur. When you get to a certain age, one has less patience to deal with the sheer stupidity of others. Personally, I am more vocal about it, too. Of course, there is a certain enjoyment to be found in telling people what morons they are, in such a manner that they have no idea what you're really saying to them.

I feel the exact same. I turned 24 today and was thinking about that earlier. I used to hang out with a lot of wild party people, now my group of freinds is way different. We are all couples now, we like to go to bars still but we like the quite bars. We don't like the normal hopping bar scene anymore.....

Absolutely, i am right there with ya. I particularly cant stand when people ramble. I never could but now I have even less patience fo it. And now I tend to keep a smaller circle of friends.

Yes, my friend i would call that maturity. Living life allows you to find out more about you want you like, don't like and what you are and are not willing to put up with, what to be true to you!!!
