Gee rosie why? Will the nazis be knocking on my door soon? Just so you know dear my ancestors fought in all the major wars in this country including the revolutionary war. I'm not afraid to stand up for what is right.

Well apparently I misundestood your "be careful" warning rosie. I agree Bush is hawkish and also (unfortunately) a leader. I am not against fighting for good causes, this was just not one of them. It's Vietnam all over again. Lives lost just because we want to impose our way on some other country. In the end it always backfires. Just like when we covertly helped the shah of Iran into power. They manages to convince Eisenhower (a man I respect because he deserves it) to approve it by saying the other guy who was vying for control of Iran was a communist sympathizer. (The guy in question wanted to nationalize the oil industry). That one incident cost a lot of Iranians much suffuring and loss of life and it has been a major reason why we have the problems we do now.

Well said Moe! I often wonder why there is so many republicans in politics who never served one day in the military, yet on the bat of an eye, they will send everybody elses children( there's excluded of course) to war.

Do you understand what you are implying? If not, be careful, if so, you should be ashamed of yourself!

As have my ancestors. But being a Hawkish Leader is quite different from being referred to as a "Chicken hawk". Totally different things, that's all I was saying. I hardly think you need to be so uptight.

Why do you remind me of an idiot? Probably because you are an idiot.
