I was so furious when the USA and the UK invaded Iraq that I sat down and wrote a novel about what the future would be like if this sort of thing continued. I finished it in about nine months and by that time, I was somewhat resigned to the fact that there was nothing we could do.
With normal everyday frustrations and when people honk their horns, I swear. We Brits have an incredible vocabulary of swear-words. It shocks people sometimes because I look like such a prim and proper lady. If only they knew...

Try channelling your negative energy into ways to become less frustrated and angry. Google or Yahoo search for it or read a book about the subject, but they're only helpful if you choose to use their advice.

I guess I could try to squeeze a bowling ball through a garden hose. I can't imagine anything being more frustrating after attempting that. So, by comparison, I might just end up chilling out after finally giving up.
