Definitely.
The every part of the surface of the Moon receives SOME sunlight from time to time.
The term "Dark Side of the Moon" was coined to describe the (~45%?) of the surface of the Moon NOT visible from Earth. But even though we can't see it, it DOES get lit from time to time.
BTW, the correct name for that part of the Moon is the FARSIDE.
As for Pink Floyd...?

Yes, the dark side of the moon is just the side we don't see. Both sides of the moon get the same amount of sunlight. The dark side isn't really the dark side, it should be called the far side of the moon!

Yes. The Moon rotates at the same rate it Orbits the Earth. Hence, from Earth we always see the same face, but the "Sun" sees a rotating Moon.
By the way, the reason this is so is not a coincidence. The Moon is what is called "Tidal locked" with the Earth.

The moon goes round and round, every time there is a new moon the other side is lighted by the sun, it's just that because it goes round and round that we always see the same side of it

Moon goes around the earth and it rotates. the moon is not straight diagnal. it changes everytime. it has 9 phases. when it is full moon, u can see it, cause its not front of the sun. but when it goes front of the sun, its call new moon. its invisible, but the moon is in there. but when eclipse occur, people cal see that something black is comming on the sun, which is moon. so ya....when its eclipse, u can see the dark side :),
