No, I did a search and didn't find anything. It's interesting that many reviews were listed, naming a single play as "one of the 100 best plays of the 20th century" but I could find no such list!

I'll bet if we found all the reviews that awarded that honor to a play, there would be a lot more than one hundred plays!

I made the assumption that you meant best 100 plays in English, since that's the language your question is written in.

So, let's start our own list! Here are 35 or so that I could think of. Somebody else will argue with them all, but I hope somebody else also contributes more plays!
Arthur Miller--The Crucible, Death of a Salesman
Tony Kushner - Angels in America
Tom Stoppard - Arcadia, Rosencrantz and Guilderstern are Dead
David Mamet - American Buffalo, Glengarry Glenross (spelling here?)
Neil Simon - Brighton Beach Memoirs
Wendy Wasserstein - The Heidi Chronicles
Brian Friel - Philadelphia, Here I Come!, Translations
Noel Coward - Blithe Spirit
August Wilson - Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, Fences
Lanford Wilson - Fifth of July, Burn This
Tennessee Williams - A Streetcar Named Desire, The Glass Menagerie
William Gibson - The Miracle Worker
Beth Henley - Crimes of the Heart
Carson McCullers - Member of the Wedding
Thornton Wilder - Our Town
Craig Lucas - Prelude to a Kiss
Athol Fugard - Boesman and Lena, The Road to Mecca
Eugene O'Neill - Long Day's Journey into Night, The Iceman Cometh
Lillian Hellman - The Children's Hour
N. Richard Nash - The Rainmaker
Sam Shepard - True West
T.S. Elliot - Murder in the Cathedral
Edward Albee - Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolfe? (please excuse my spelling!)
Clifford Odets - Waiting for Lefty
Emily Mann - Execution of Justice
