No difference, but i do know that in japan on the 14th girls give gifts to guys if it's home made that means they love you if its store bought that means you are just firends girls give to their gal friends too. The a month later their is white day which is the day for guys to give back in thakns or to say i like you too gifts.

there's no difference really. it's basically the same: flowers, chocolates, teddy bears, jewelry, it's the same stuff.
the only diff. is HOW u choose to celebrate this day, your activity you have planned for you and your special someone. but there's really no cultural difference.

there really is not a differene. It just within their culture to do something a little different.
