It seems that flys always go away at night and stop bothering everyone. Where do they go or where do they sleep? Any information will help. Thank you.

They find someplace reasonable to rest where they won't be bothered, like the branch of a tree, the top of the fence, on top of your fridge.

They hide in your room and lay eggs in your head while you sleep.

Just wherever you would expect a fly to go. Trees and whatnot.
