No other game is influenced by the weather so much as cricket, Thats what makes it so great. When nothing seems to be happening, everything is. The skill of bowling against great batsmen and defending against a ball sometimes travelling at over 1 hundred miles an hour....great stuff! THE VARIETY AND SUBTLETY IN CRICKET MUST MAKE IT THE GREATEST GAME EVER DEVISED.

i love it, and im scottish!!! its totally my fav sport, i really love one day for the action, but i love the gamesmanship (is that a word) of test. just a great game.

First of all, where is the question. Second, in all sports where the ball is less than 6 inch diamiter the ball travels at one point over 100 mph, Tennis serves, Baseball pitches, golf drives, even in polo. so thats not a huge feat. And finally its not that intesting of a game, at least to me.

Is it? So why is it that Britain had to conquer countries to make them interested in the bleeding game...:-))) Does anybody know the country which got hooked on cricket out of their free will? Without being conquered by the British first? Boooooring.

The only time you should put cricket & king in the same sentence together is if you put ......."of boring games" on the end.
