Well 1st, there is so much to do.
You can go to one of the famous amusement parks. I recommmend Islands of Adventure & Universal. Disney for the kids(obviously)
Wet and Wild for fun in the sun. And there are beaches only about 2 hours away. There are also countless malls, arcades, movie theatres, skate parks(my fave Vans) and other smaller attractions like that.
2: The weather this time of year is great. Year round is great pretty much.
Even though everyone says its hot and humid and terrible, it isn't. Atleast not to me. Just wear some shorts and a tank top, bring some sunscreen and a bottled water and your good.
And in the afternoon, view some of the most amazing clouds(no kidding) you'll ever see. They are all different shapes and colors. its so cool.
Well, thats only two reasons. But they're good reasons.

The Walt Disney World Resort is the number one travel destination in the world! There's over 25 different resort options on property, four theme parks, two water parks, and Downtown Disney, in a city of choices, the metropolis of fun. There's Pleasure Island, an AMC 24-Theatre Complex, DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park, and Cirque du Soleil: La Nouba. There's over one hundred incredible restaurants to dine at, and the food is phenomenal! And, of course, recreation- so much recreation. There's five championship golf courses, mini golf at Fantasia Gardens or Winter Summerland, boat rentals (Sea Raycers, pontoons, specialty cruises, etc.,) bike rentals, horseback riding, wagon rides at Fort Wilderness and carriage rides at Port Orleans, guided fishing excursions, and then there's Sammy Duvall's, where you can go tubing, water skiing, parasailing, etc. There's so much to do, and it's just the most amazing place!

If you have to come to yahoo answers to ask people to give you three good reasons to go to Orlando then maybe you need to find some where else to visit. Id have no problem coming up with reasons on my own.

1. The weather this time of year is darn near perfect.
2. With WDW, Universal, Sea World, and all the other entertainment available it is really hard not to find something that interests you.
3. This time of year you can get some really great deals from WDW and Universal either by calling them or going on the web. Also local travel agents, Expedia, Yahoo, and a host of other travel outlets offer some great deals.

My three reasons would be Disney World, Disney World, and also, Disney World.
However, here are some different reasons,
Universal Studios Parks, the weather is beautiful (especially in winter!), Cypress Gardens, Sea World, ...

Disney is cool.
Islands of Adventure is cooler at Universal Studios. Animal Kingdom Disney is cool. Lots of awesome downtown Places.. like City Walk, and Downtown Disney, In Tampa Busch Gardens is THE BEST. Take it fROM A FLORIDA nATIVE MY WHOLE LIFE I HAVE BEEN HERE. Its pretty sweeet in Orlando.. its always happening and lit up.. its cool
