There are some days when a cup litteraly comes out.... Whats wrong with me? is this considered normal??

Men can at most ejaculate two teaspoons full - a cup is a huge exaggeration.
When you are young, you'll achieve this kind of volume, and as you grow older, it will gradually reduce.
