Ok this is the story....my boyfriend's fingered me before. Almost every time we do it I bleed somewhat and it hurts after a while. He usually uses one finger, but tried two but only for a like a few seconds. I'd think by now that I'd at least get partially stretched out...but nothing seems to be happening? How can I make it less painful/ more enjoyable and get stretched out? This is getting so ridiculous. SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY

You can also strech yourself out with a dildo or a vibrater. Because unlike the real thing if you start to hurt you can stop immediatly, while the guy might refuse to get out of you. Thsi is really a werid case because most girls are trying to make their vagina's tighter while your trying to make it loose. You'll wish it was once this tight one day. Plus the first time is supposed to hurt, it's a whole different type of pain. Did you know that th ere are excercises for your to improve your sex? "For enthusiastic sex, you'll need some cardio endurance. It won't be any fun if you bonk out halfway through. Shoot for 3 or 4 days of cardio exercise like running, walking, swimming or whatever floats your boat and your partner will thank you. Sex also requires a little muscular endurance. You may find yourself holding...er...unusual positions for short periods of time, so conditioning your body can be a plus for longer lasting sex. For endurance, you'll need to lift lighter weights for more repetitions. Check out some endurance workouts here and get conditioned for sex.

As long as we're talking about holding yourself in position, we might as well cover muscular strength, which is something else you'll need. Your muscles will be contracting like crazy no matter what position you're in, so it pays to be in shape to avoid nasty leg or foot cramps. For strength, you'll need to lift heavier weights for few repetitions. For some ideas, visit my Workout Center.

Flexibility can enhance anyone's sex life by making it a bit easier to get into your favorite position with a minimum amount of fuss. Why not try a little Yoga to get you in the mood? Or try these stretches to get you ready for the most vigorous sex.
Keep in mind that both sex and exercise have been proven to help reduce stress, so doing both on a regular basis should help you stay relaxed and happy. Exercise also helps increase your sexual desire. Tamar Love, About's former Sexuality Co-Guide, points out that low sex drive is often caused by stress and fatigue. When you're tired, you just don't feel like doing it, right? Exercise, along with a healthy diet and adequate sleep can boost your libido so you're up for anything.

Don't forget that sex burns calories! Okay, so it has to be fairly vigorous to get your heart rate going, but calories are calories right? A 130-lb person can burn about seven calories per five minutes of vigorous sex. Keep it up for two hours, and you'll burn off 177 calories...enough to get rid of those cookies you ate after dinner. Plus, you will impress your mate with your incredible endurance!"

Do it to yourself, and start out using a lot of lube. If you don't like the feeling of your fingers inside your body (cause I personally hate it) I used a vicks inhaler (closed of course!)
Then you sort of get braver yourself and you can look around for stuff just a tiny bit bigger...or just use 2 fingers...highlighters, plastic tampons, candles, stuff like that. Just make sure everything you put up there is clean, and use lots of lube at first. Once your comfortable with the thought that you can 'stretch yourself out', the next time he goes to put his fingers in there, you won't tense up and completely close your vagina off

It might not be because of you being tight. It could be a lubrication problem or he may need to trim his fingernails better. If you aren't lubricated well he fingers could be causing abrassions internally hence the blood. You might try him wearing a latex glove or just a finger cot (think small condom for the finger) and some lubricant.

Don't worry about being "stretched out"... most women whine about trying to tighten it back up.

Could be that you are not relaxed and are maybe tensing up thus causing the discomfort.
It happens to lots of people its something that will come with time and trust between you and your boyfriend.
Try setting the mood before you do this again, use lubrication, and relax.

Get to know your own body and try it yourself, take it slowly, use lube if it helps (vaseline or even spit will do the trick) and when you get to know what you like explain it to your boyfriend so he does it properly himself!
