Can't pick just one - All Mickey Mouse, Donald and that crew, Bugs Bunny and all the Looney Tunes, Scooby Doo, George of the Jungle, Tom Swift, Wacky Races, Tom & Jerry, Betty Boop, Popeye, Magilla Gorilla, Huckleberry Hound, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, The Smurfs, The Snorks, Woody Woodpecker, Rocky & Bullwinkle, The Road Runner, and many more I can't think of at the moment.
Most of the stuff that has come out (about 98%) in the last 15 years is pure garbage.

But Simpsons has been around for years!! and its still good and funny.. although i think Family Guy is funnier..
Simpson has been the most successful cartoon ever =)
