Go to Windows Explorer.
Select Windows folder.
Select Cookies folder.
You can delete selectively when you see the long list of websites. I don't keep any cookies (because I don't want any websites to track my internet activity).

Also, in Windows folder,
go to Application Data folder,
go to Macromedia, then Flashplayer.
You can delete selectively from here as well.

Viruses are classes which, like quite a few classes use equipment elements. So, the quick answer is certain, all viruses decelerate a computing device, in spite of the indisputable fact that the underlying question is how a lot. The better the virus tries to embed itself, reflect itself, or stumble on, the better the equipment elements it really is going to use. besides, they'd be negative different classes, corrupting the disk, filling up the stress, and causing fragmentation. also, Viruses are only one form of malware which will decelerate a computing device. different sorts of malware contain, Trojans, secret agent-ware and worms. All of those will reason your computing device to decelerate.
