if it has independent suspension you might need to get the tool that compresses the spring because it is a lift strut. so if you do need one, you need the pressure strut to replace to old ones. if you are mechanical inclined this should not be a problem but if not you might want to go to a friend that knows about this kind of stuff or take it to a professional, these can get you killed if not done correctly
