We have a 20' or hight Colorado Blue Spruce and we would like to try to gather some cones/seeds and attempt to grow a few more trees. I would like to line my parents driveway with rows of trees on either side. They have a long mountain driveway so buying the trees would cost a small fortune. Thanks for your help.

In spite of what FUDGE says, it's pretty well impossible to pick all the 'pine cones' from a Spruce tree. However we'll assume that he meant well.
If you don't want to start all the trees from seed , try finding a Forestry Nursery in your area. They usually raise seedlings for re-forestation and you might be able to get all the seedlings you need at a much better price than from an ordinary Lawn and Garden centre. Some of the Forest Nurserys are operated by the state/provincial governments and may even give you seedlings for planting.
Good Luck !

no longer attempting to sound like a problematical guy, yet relating to the only time I cry is via loss of life. I even tend to alter into greater pissed than disillusioned over issues. i think i'm an somewhat stereotypical male in that regard. Did Incubus of honestly anybody extremely in basic terms call somebody else a sociopath and a psychopath?

Get someone to pick all the pine cones. It costs about 100 dollars for a big tree but its worth it. They'll show you which one's are best to plant too
