Wow...tough one
The most technically sound champion was Bret "The Hitman" Hart. The have been many charismatic champions, Hulk Hogan, The Rock, John Cena, and Stone Cold Steve Austin for example. Overall, I would say that HHH has been the most balanced. He makes everyone he steps into the ring with look like they are top workers. He can also hold his own on the mic. Top it all off with the fact he has the size, look, and he is the bosses son-in-law and he is unstoppable. For the people who only dwell on the fact that he is Stephanie McMahon's husband, remember he was the World Champ before they even began dating. HBK was also a great champ he put on a show and would bump like he was in ECW. He puts off some people because of his attitude, but the man can wrestle.

i really like the Rock because he is a seven time WWE champ and even though the nature boy rick flair and triple h have had both World Heavyweight championships and wwe titles 10 and 16 times, the rock is the only wrestler to have ever held the "WWE" title the most. Now with the world heavy weight i like HHH the most because when he is in the championship scene, he does whatever it takes to win.

I always thought that Bert Hart was one oh the best world champs ever. Tho The Rock was more entertaining and a really charismatic champ. But it was Hulk Hogan as champion that launched wrestling into what it is today.

The best technical wrestler and champ would have to be STING hands down Ric Flair is an a**hole and will always be. I have watched wrestling all my life, seen ric flair as a very young wrestler when he was starting out in the world of wrestling. But the absolute best champ of wrestling of all time HANDSOME HARLEY RACE.

My vote for the best wrestling champion was Ric Flair. Ric Flair was the 16 time World Heavyweight Champion. He oozed charisma and carried the championship with class.

Definately The Rock, if I only had to pick one.
(and for the record, Edge got the belt for a month to shut him up, and to close up the "money in the bank" angle they dragged out for a friggin year with that god d**ned briefcase. He's painful to listen to on the mic, and a complete waste of all that wrestling skill he has)
