Until the puck is dropped, and the season starts, all teams are evenly ranked for the 2006-2007 season with 0 points in 0 games.

There is no 'best' site to get rankings from the experts because all the experts have different opinions so nobody is right, and nobody is wrong.

Having said that, there are a couple of knowledgeable people worth reading

1. Bob Mackenzie (The Sports Network-Canada). He has been around teh game all his life and is as knowledgeable as they come
2. Michael Farber (Sports Illustrated) Unlike a lot of hockey experts (on both sides of the border) he actually backs up his reasoning with excellent arguments.

Go to hockeynews.com or rotoworld.com. I think Sports Illustrated had something on pre-season rankings.
