Hi. OK, serious answer. The Apollo astronauts used a container for waste and the container was left on the Moon.

I am sure that is in NASA's medical records but not sure it is public information. I recall reading some NASA medical site that listed the number of defecations on each flight, but that would include the trip to and from the Moon as well as on the surface.
