I live in Ann Arbor Mi and I am looking for a surgeon who could fix a minor bump on the bridge of my nose. I have no clue where to start looking for a surgeon and I don't know how much money I should have saved up. If anyone could help me in anyway that would be soo fantastic! I also was wondering if there is anyway I could get it partially covered by my insurance. OR if anyone has had the surgery performed and would like to share the cost with me!

Do a good back ground check on the doctor you choose. Don't always go cheap either. Shop around get references. Do some research. You don't want to be dissapointed later but say wow i saved a few bucks. Heard alot of horror stories of doctors practicing in the states without a licenece. So that should be your agenda is checking out there work and business and how exeperince etc... after all its your nose you have to show it to the world and be comfortable.
Good luck. don't rush for something important like this. could make a big difference later on.

Get nose job surgery in India. Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for American and Canadian patients, as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. As a doctor I personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
My cousin got a couple of cosmetic surgery procedures in India like the breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift through the forerunners healthcare. She is more than very happy with the results. She just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. I personally have seen the wonderful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company. I hope this helps.
