You know the answer to that question because you've asked it before about your father and people responded to that question and others. You say you are 25 years old so you know the answer to your own question. Apparently you have not taken any advice from the others who have been very clear about the sick relationship between abuser and the victim. I assume you are in therapy and it is there you should ask these questions. Better, here you should talk about positive things, such as "How can I locate a good therapist?" Good luck,.

Yes. It is manipulation. There are men who actually feel this way. But think about it. If you, yourself, felt that you couldn't live without someone. Don't you think you would start to resent that person ? Can't live without you ? How insecure and empty does that make me ? VERY. Get out of there while you still can. Good Luck ! :)

It all depends on what kind of situation ur in and with whom.My daughters father use to say that to me and then I realize that it was all phony because he was hitting me.Everytime we argued he'd hit me and then say that, but all along he was cheating on me and got another girl pregnant and said he was sorry and he wanted to be with me I said f*** that and left his sorry ***.But now I'm married and he's the best thing that ever happen to me.I will give u heads up on what happens will continue to happen until u get away from it.GOOD LUCK

Of course. Now if you dump them, they have no reason to live and have nothing.
Doesn't that feel good? LOL
They usually say those things AFTER they abuse you, too.

they are not the only people who say those things, but yes, abusive people generally go both ways. They hit you, then they tell you how much they love you
Ask any abused wife!

yes they do that how they get you to stay and keep telling your friends and family but he realy love me. All that is him putting you down cause he is not happy then takes out on the the person who he see the most and he beleive they are happy and can't stand it. Then after doesn't want to lose you but not you he just doesn't want to be alone.

Yes, and their words are usually excessive and over the top. Their behavior says just the opposite.
