but anyway welfare should only be accessible to American citizens. **** everyone else! Come here illegally and get on welfare..that's crap!!

No....don't totally stop welfare, but make it harder for the cheats and lazy assess to obtain.....and put the welfare cheats in jail....where they have to WORK.

There are legitimate cases who truly need help and we should never turn our backs on them......but welfare must be for legal US citizens ONLY
