If this would be true, why wouldn't everybody drink carrot juice. If not, why is he stating it on his booklet

Some people will make amazing claims to sell a product. It is called promotional advertizing. There is not enough oversight of this kind of thing and sometimes people selling something abuse it. It is possible that he actually did get well on a juice regimen. The Gerson Diet is basically the same thing and Dr Gerson claimed to be able to cure cancer with it. No real valid proof beyond anecddotal claims exists for this sort of thing. If nothing else is helping it might be worth a try, but I wouldn't bet my life on it.

I regret to say, that juice does not help against cancer at all as far as I know and I have not seen any report the last 25 years that it works. You should be aware of juice as it mostly contains too much sugar to be good for you. There were some reports that told that excessive intake of vitamin A should promote lung cancer. It did not, but I do not recommend any unnecessary intake of any vitamin as it could do you more harm than good. The uptake of carotene can only be done together with fat.

There wasn't a lot love in that juice because he might want to have stayed.... yet no It develop into destined that i'd be born! To rule in the non secular trenches of deceit and damage the breath of the darkened hollow hearts who refuse the reality of Divinity.... And for that humorous question that i actually chuckled at my table... you'd be spared!
