Seems like a straightforward question. First I would not be afraid to admit to some weaknesses, such as how upset you get when you do not finish a task on time or how you type well and file well, but your desk needs attention and you have resolved to clear it every day before you leave for home. Then I would focus heavily on what your particular strengths are that make you a perfect fit for that job. Do not be afraid to pat yourself on your back for you achievements. Good luck!!

Tell them your strengths from experiences at your last job. For example, I am great at cashiering, or I have great team work skills. Give good examples to back up what you say. And most importantly relate them to the job that you are applying for. If you are applying for lets say a sales rep, say that your strength is your ability to motivate people, or how well you handle money. For your weakness, turn a good thing into a bad thing, like say My Weakness is that I push myself to hard to succeed.. see.. Its a weakness but its what they're looking for...I hope u get the job, Good LucK!

No one is without a weakness, so saying you don't have any won't go over very well. So you 'fess up to your weaknesses, but put a positive spin on it. Mine is math, so I tell them it's math, but since I'm aware of it, I double-check my work. I usually find I haven't made an error, so I guess I'm getting better at it... but I still double-check. Nothing wrong with making sure.

Just tell the truth.

If you say "no weaknesses", they'll think your arrogrant.

"I try too hard" is what everyone say, and you won't get hired saying that.

Just think and tell the truth.
