They have a running competition with the rest of the restaurant staff to see who can get the most customers to spit food. Bonus points if the customer is having soup at the time.

Its their job, Im sure her manager thinks its a good idea or why would she care? I hate roadhouse, there waiters try and sit down and be your freind, JUST BRING ME MY GD FOOD! AND KEEP MY TEA FILLED! ARGGGGGGGG!
