There is no historical evidence for this, however I wouldn't be surprised if there are many who believe it. For example, the Church of Latter Day Saints (Mormons) believe that Jesus visited Indian tribes shortly after he was crucified.
In Islam they believe that Jesus was a Muslim, as well as Abraham. In fact, they believe that Abraham built the Kaaba in Mecca.

Well....historians and anthropologists have never discovered any American Indians that were beheaded....so I'd say...NOPE...no muslims.
