early 90's, inner city school, social studies teacher teaches class, show about that class, it was on Fox? I remember one episode where he riged the classroom on Halloween scareing all the kids, then at the end something moves and he wonders if it was real. Help?

the only show like that I've ever seen was the tv version of Dangerous Minds with Annie Potts, but I'm pretty sure that was more like the mid 90's.
