I think it depends on the situation for the person.. if you have a meaning behind a tattoo then go for it ...but if it is just because someone else has one and you want one for a trend or something like that then don't! it also depends on where you get it and what kind of profession you are going to be... if you are going to be a tattoo artist the go ahead, but if you are going to be where you have to look professional and what you look like counts then don't. For example, if you want to be in a corporation...then dont!

I've never gotten one, and never will. It's not that I don't think they are cool, but they need to be on the body of someone who will be 28 and in perfect shape forever! look at every tattoo on an old person and tell me they look cool!!???!!! I have a friend who got a couple of tattoos on her ankles...then met the guy of her dreams. It just so turned out that he was a wealthy businessman with a pretentious, highbrow family. She can never wear anything but pants forever. Her husband forbids her to let anyone see her ink! I'd never want to feel bad about something I got done years ago 'cause I was young and stupid and have no way to really fix it.

For a begin do not allow them to outline evolution for you, or else they are able to outline it so loosely it cannot be refuted. e.g. the definition evolution is a difference in allele frequency in a populace over the years. This describes a small side of evolution however even Creationists agree that allele frequencies can difference! Go for definitions through evolutionists comparable to Kerkut or Coyne. ‘General Theory of Evolution’ is the speculation that the entire residing varieties on this planet have arisen from a unmarried supply which itself got here from an inorganic style. (Kerkut) [one million] n essence, the modern day thought of evolution is handy to snatch. It may also be summarized in a unmarried (albeit reasonably lengthy) sentence: Life on the planet developed steadily opening with one primitive species—possibly a self-replicating molecule—that lived greater than three.five billion years in the past; it then branched out over the years, throwing off many new and numerous species; and the mechanism for so much (however no longer all) of evolutionary difference is usual decision. [Jerry Coyne, Why Evolution is True, 2009, web page three] You will discover plenty of clinical arguments towards evolution at [two]

It's up to the individual. Personally, I don't have any. Have many friends & family members who have them. Some of them are very meaningful to the person who has them. Don't consider it ruining the body, as I know people who have them & look great. You should be sure that you really want it before you get it, but I don't have any particular problem with them.

Considering I have 3 myself, I am for them. However, I gave them much thought as I have to live with them for the rest of my life. My first tattoo I waited 13 years until I got it just to make sure it's what I wanted.

It just depends on who u are and also religion. Some religion like Jewish don't believe in getting tattoo on their body. Particular I have a couple and plan to get only a couple more for myself. More tats looks better on guys but some girls can pull them off. Worth it for me no pain hardly on either and i can cover them up for work industry if i choose but to each it own.

I think that it should be the person who is getting the tattoo's choice. Personally, i would rather have one or two small tattoos with significant meaning versus a bunch of tattoos that someone got when they were young because they looked cool.

it is an art to some people a sin yes
but if it makes some one feel beautiful and proud if they use to feel different about themselves then they should be aloud to have themselves inked without being put down
i admit some just do it for show or because they think it soo cool but they have not seen the beauty like others and i encourage them to open their eyes to the art

I vote for Against.
Tattoos are permanent skin damage. No way to ever lazer it off without scars & lots & lots of dollars whenever you finally mature up and realize what you've done to yourself.

I think it's cool if the tattoo symbolizes something..........like a family member that passed away, your kids, overcoming a tragedy.
