I work for Nextel and I am confused about the theme things. I think you are looking for wallpaper??? If so you can not only download wallpaper, but ring tones for free with a USB cable by going to Nextpimp.com

I'm not sure what you mean by themes, but there's a great site with plenty of no-strings-attached ringers, etc. I'm placing the link below.
