I wanted to know something about conception. If your conception was 12-23-04 and due date 9-15-05, when did you have sex. It does not have to be exact, but I would like an approx. date. Thank you!!

Normally it does not take the sperms very long to swim and find the egg to fertilise which could take anywhere from several hours to maybe two days. So therefore, you probably had sex maybe a day or two before your conception date. Hope that helps.

You kinda answered your own question...You were conceived on 12/23/2004 If your birth date is 09/15/2005. Unless you wanted to know the day of the week. And the answer to that is on a Thursday (12/23/04).

As sperm can survive up to 5 days then it would be sometime within the 10 sept - 15 sept.
With the due date was that the date the baby was born - because it my throw out the dates because babies sometimes come early or late.

The question is ...when would you have concieved??....not when did you have sex......you could have had sex on Monday...and not concieved until Friday. It can take that long for the sperm to meet the egg. That is why doctors calculate your due date from the first day of your last period.

I would think it just depends on when the sperm met up with the egg exactly. And no one exactly knows that for sure, thats why the Dr's can't come up exactly when your due date is sometimes.
