Ok here's the scenario.

I'm 5'10 and about 225lbs. Everyone is always like you don't look it but whatever. I wear a size 16 and would like to get down to a 10. I'm really curvy.I'm athletic( I play organized basketball and volleyball). I want to lose about 65lbs by march of 2007. I eat healthy meals it's just in between meals that create the excess weight. Like lots of candy and cookies. I am cutting those thing completely out but what else can I do to get some an even greater body. I don't have low self-esteem I just want to get down to an healthier size.

The right way to do it is Go to a doctor. I did, and I was so glad, not only they know what they're doing but they help you in all aspects: like the diet you need for your own body, types of exercise you need, and even help through dietary supplements or even prescription medicine (that actually works and is not dangerous).
The doctors study years to know, don't trust your body to someone that thinks they know or got results for some people.
I lost 20lbs in 7 weeks (not starving myself or doing crazy exercise)

Well if you are older...then if you are really serious and need a lot of help, I'd say call Nutrisystem, if your younger then the Kelloogs Special K Diet helps slowly, but surely , that will only help a little so I sugest just drinking more water will help alot. I'm about 5'3 and 160lbs so I'm worried about myself too and these are some things Im trying.

Try walking a lot and eating things that are healthy and organic. If you want to try this also, walk backwards on a treadmill or something like that. As stated in Popular Science, "Walking backwards is twice as healthy as walking forwards because the human body is not used to it.
