I have the same problem. Aeropostale and Abercrombie have 00 (Abercrombie's 00 don't always fit well, their waistlines are sometimes still too big). If you don't mind going a bit more expensive, try "seven" jeans or anything from Buckle. They do their sizes by inches.

i also have a tiny waist about your size, i buy my jeans at ae.com im a double zero, cause you cant get double zero in the stores, but the strech jeans fit better because they are a little bit smaller than than the non strech. plus their jeans are cute :)
hope i helped!

Abercrombie/Hollister, Aeropostale, Lucky Brand Dungarees, Seven for All Mankind, Citizens of Humanity, Buckle, and Wet Seal are all good choices. Try each of them and see which one works best for you!

Go to Vanity. They have the best jeans I love then. They rock. Also check out Aeropostale they rock too.

Girl, you're anorexic. Go find help right away, my nine-year-old cousin is a 10/12 size. God, you really need guidance.
